Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) is a South African economic development initiative which aims to redress the inequalities of the past by bringing “Black” people into the mainstream of business activities. B-BBEE seeks to address the imbalance of business ownership, improve skills, create jobs and target the social needs and economic security of all South Africans.
